When will my order ship?
Items are packed and shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (PST).
Pre-orders are not available for any items we sell at this time, unless otherwise specified. Should there be the availability of pre-order items, consider making multiple orders if there are in-stock items you would like to get sooner. If pre-order and in-stock items are combined on an order, we will wait until all items on the order are in-stock before we pack and ship your order.
How long will shipping take?
That will be based on the delivery method chosen at checkout. As mentioned above, we plan on getting packages to your chosen delivery company on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This information is included in the checkout process and should display fairly accurate arrival dates.
Please note: we can not be held accountable for delays in delivery that are out of our control. Delays that are out of our control may include but aren't limited to: severe weather, carrier delays, labor union strikes, etc.
What can I do if my order went missing?
Shipping insurance is automatically included, up to $200 on shipping labels through Shopify at this time. If the problem is indeed on the carrier's side, then we can assist you with that process. Reach out to us on our Contact Page.
Please be aware that if the carrier has recorded a drop-off and has proof, the insurance may not be enforceable. For example: insurance policies are generally unenforceable if you have been a victim of porch theft.
